1. How does Textile Basket work?

2. How do I as a buyer get confirmation about the quality of products on display?

The buyer can request for a free sample swatch before placing a complete required order. Textile Basket sends the sample free of cost to any consumer across India. Once the customer is satisfied with the quality and color of the sample the customer can go on Textilebasket.com and place the required order.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

a. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RTGS, NEFT, DD and Cash.

b. All payments are securely processed. Textile Basket does not retain any payment details and all payments are scheduled through a secured network.

4. What is the order tracking mechanism?

a. Once the order is made and processed an order reference number will be issued and emailed to the customer. The customer can also track the order status on http://textilebasket.com/pages/track-your-order.

b. The moment the order is picked up by the logistics company, the tracking number is sent to the customer via email and it is updated on the website too.

5. What is the procedure for product replacement / return, in case the product delivered is not of the same quality as of approved sample or not exactly as ordered?

TextileBasket Pvt Ltd. (TBPL) will accept returns of products within 3 days from date of receipt; only in case there is a significant difference in the products ordered from the product supplied (wrong colour, quality or material related issues) and where the Product and the Packaging is in its original condition (should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled). TBPL however cannot accept the return in case:

a. The product have been used or altered

b. There is any physical damage to the product.

To return a product, please raise a return request via email at admin@textilebasket.com by providing the following details:

Order ID

Post receiving your request, Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition, include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. TBPL shall not be responsible for any items sent to       us for return / replacement without our confirmation. 6. What is the procedure of cancellation and subsequent refund policy?
  1. After placing an order, user(s) cannot cancel the order.
  2. For cancelling your order, user(s) should contact Customer Support by sending an email along with the Order ID. In case TBPL receives cancellation e-mail after the order has already been "processed" then under such a situation the order cannot be cancelled. TBPL has the right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not and the user(s)/buyer cannot dispute the decision made by TBPL under any circumstances and will accept TBPL decision regarding the cancellation as final. The user will have to pay the actual Bank Charges when the order is cancelled.
  3. No order can be cancelled or changed in whole or in part without the prior written consent of TBPL. Shipment of Products cannot be extended beyond the original shipping date specified without TBPL written consent
  4. If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
  5. TBPL reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion:
  • For products that are listed at an incorrect price
  • Under a situation where TBPL may not able to meet the requirements of the order placed
  • Order so placed/cancelled does not comply with TBPL policy
  • In cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
  • If the product sent for replacement is not available (TBPL will try to give possible alternatives for the user(s) to select and if not acceptable then refund will be made)
  • If product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
  • The delivery address is out-side the service area
  • For any other reason.

This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. However, TBPL will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the user(s) and 100% refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of order. 7. What is the shipping policy?
  1. At Textile Basket we strive to achieve fast, safe and reliable transportation of products to customers. For achieving this, we do necessary inspections, quality packaging, partner with the right logistics partners and communicate shipping status to customers. 8. Can I reserve the order, if yes, for how many days?

This option is currently unavailable online, however the customer can contact us at  info@textilebasket.com or call us at +919167221222 to reserve an order. Please note this is in descretion with Textile Basket Pvt Ltd and TBPL reserves the right to accept the reservation or not.
